'Please don't cut the funding' - counting the cost of care

Four out of five local councils in England are considering changing the fees they charge for basic care needs, according to a survey for BBC local radio stations.

That may mean elderly people will have to pay more for the help they receive.

Leslie Todd, who cares for her grandmother Elsie Crockett, says a funding cut would be "terrible" for pensioners who have to fund their own care.
