'Dementia doesn't come overnight'
Hans de Jager is the carer for his wife Liza who suffers from dementia. He feels that had there been screening in place when she was 75, then by catching the condition early, he would have been more prepared.

The UK National Screening Committee, which advises the NHS, has said tests and treatments need to improve first.
