Skin cancer rates triple among UK young

Every day, on average, at least two people in Britain under the age of 35 are diagnosed with the deadliest form of skin cancer - malignant melanoma.

Cancer Research UK says the latest figures show the number of cases across all ages went up by more than by 8% in a year.

Lindsey Coane, who was diagnosed with a malignant melanoma on her leg when she was 21 years old, and Caroline Cerny, from Cancer Research UK, tell BBC Breakfast that it is very important to go to your doctor as soon as you notice anything unusual with your skin.
