Paddy Ashdown: NHS proposals are 'victory for common sense'

The recommendations by the NHS Future Forum are a "victory for common sense", former Liberal Democrat leader Paddy Ashdown has said.

The forum, which carried out a two-month consultation while the government paused its health bill in parliament, has called for the overhaul to happen more gradually, as well as making specific recommendations.
