Meals on wheels scheme helps people with HIV/Aids

Community Servings is a charity based in the Jamaica Plain area of Boston, Massachusetts in the US.

It provides meals to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses - many of whom have HIV/Aids.

BBC News spoke to Christopher Muhammad who delivers meals to clients Lester Payne and Shaun Banyan, both of whom are HIV positive.
