Breast implants: Burnham urges 'clear guidelines'

Shadow health secretary Andy Burnham has called on the government to issue clear guidelines over the breast implant health scare.

He said the "mixed messages" from the government had not helped allay fears in those who may be affected by the issue, and that there should be urgent consultations "arranged for all women who want one."
