Cosmetic surgery industry review calls for tighter rules

A review of the cosmetic surgery industry in England has concluded that much tighter regulation is needed.

Aggressive marketing techniques were also found to be a concern.

The review was ordered by the government following the PIP breast implant scandal last year and involved patients, charities and professional organisations.
