Doctors set for NHS England changes

Controversial government changes to the NHS in England come into effect on Monday 1 April.

The changes have been dubbed the most radical in the history of the health service and include a greater role for GPs, who will take the lead in planning and buying NHS care for their communities.

But not all doctors are enthusiastic about the plans.
