NHS 111 helpline has a difficult start

The NHS in England missed its A&E waiting time target in the first three months of the year, researchers say.

It was hoped that the new NHS 111 helpline would ease the pressure on A&E departments.

It has had a troubled start, with the service suspended in some areas.

BBC Breakfast's Graham Satchell has been to the Isle of Wight, where the 111 system has been used for three years.
