Should child heart units be closed?

The results of a review into the decision to stop children's heart surgery at three hospitals in England will be published later.

But there have been legal challenges and significant public opposition to the plans in the areas affected.

Anne Keatley-Clarke, the chief executive of the Children's Heart Federation and Lois Brown, whose five-year-old daughter Amelie has had surgery at Leeds, explained the two sides of the argument on BBC Breakfast.
