Mental health services: 'Too many failures'

Care Minister Norman Lamb has said there are "too many failures" in the treatment of people with mental health conditions, and called for an end to "institutional bias against mental health" within the NHS.

His comments came after one of the country's leading psychiatrists, Dr Martin Baggaley, suggested that mental health services in England were in crisis and unsafe.
