NHS migrant care: UK needs to better detect health tourists, says Howe

Doctors' leaders have criticised plans to introduce new charges for visitors and migrants who use the NHS in England.

GP and nurse consultations will remain free but there will be fees for emergency care.

Health minister Lord Howe said nobody who needed urgent care would be denied it.
