Obesity crisis: 'I'm 27 and I weigh 27 stone'

The National Obesity Forum is warning the number of people classed as obese in the UK will continue to rise unless action is taken.

The forum is calling for hard-hitting awareness campaigns in a bid to tackle the crisis, similar to the approach taken to smoking.

Katie, a 27-year-old mother, says more help should be given to people like herself who are addicted to food.

She told BBC Breakfast: "I'm 27 and I weigh 27 stone...I feel guilty I'm this size."
