'Eating disorders on the rise in young people'

The number of young people in the UK admitted to hospital with eating disorders has grown steadily in recent years.

Figures out on Thursday are expected to show that the trend has continued, and those needing treatment are getting younger.

Charities blame a number of factors, but they say society's obsession with weight and social media sites, all play a part.
