UK experts back meningitis B jab

A vaccine that protects against a deadly form of meningitis is to be introduced in the UK.

The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation said the injection should be rolled out across the UK - as long as a suitable price can be agreed with manufacturers.

The move overturns a controversial decision last summer to reject the jab.
