BBC reporter is first volunteer scanned for Biobank

As part of the world's biggest body scanning project, scientists are trying to find out why certain people get cancer, heart disease or dementia.

UK Biobank is examining how health is affected by lifestyle, environment and genes with the help of 100,000 volunteers.

They have been chosen from 500,000 adults who have already supplied their DNA.

BBC Health Correspondent Fergus Walsh was the first person to be scanned.
