Giving birth naturally in Brazil

Brazil has the highest Caesarean section rate in the world, with over 50% of all births by Caesarean - and nearly 90% in private hospitals.

But some women here are determined to defy the trend and give birth naturally, as Mariana della Barba reports from Sao Paulo.
