Council-run care facing anxious times

Funding cuts and rising demand has left council-run care for the elderly and adults with disabilities under threat.

John Jackson, Director of Adult Social Care in Oxfordshire, told the BBC there is anxiety about the future of adult care.

A survey of 144 social care departments in England found savings of more than a quarter had been made since 2010.
