Getting to see a GP in England is getting more difficult, the official patient survey shows

Patients in England are less satisfied with the service they get from their GP than they were a year ago.

That is according to a study by the Department of Health, which found that, although most rated their overall experience as good, there was dissatisfaction over opening hours and making appointments.
