GPs' extended opening hours: How will it work?

The Conservatives have promised that every patient will have access to a GP seven days a week by the year 2020.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has said 5,000 more GPs will be trained to provide care at weekends and in the evening, to meet the needs of a "24/7 society".

The BBC's Nina Warhurst visits a surgery in Greater Manchester which has already experimented with extended opening hours.
