'Crisis' in home care: A week in the life of a care worker

There are warnings that the system of providing home care for the elderly and disabled is at crisis point, according to a special commission looking into the issue.

About 500,000 older and disabled people rely on home care for daily tasks such as washing and dressing.

Rochelle Monte, a care worker in the north-east of England, shares her experiences from a week working in a home care and the pressures that are put on her time to give quality care for her clients.

She is now working for a new firm where she says she is paid better and has more time with people.
