Ambulance response time plan 'worrying' - Labour
Labour has called on the Health Secretary to answer urgent questions about leaked plans that suggest increasing response times for ambulance crews in England.
The NHS document seen by he BBC includes proposals to change response times for those with "serious but not the most life-threatening" conditions - from eight to 19 minutes.
Shadow Health Secretary Andy Burnham said: "I brought Jeremy Hunt to the House of Commons on Thursday to tell the house what plans he had for ambulance services over the winter and he made no mention of it at all."
