Ebola British nurse: Charity staff's concern over case
The charity Save the Children says it is determined to find out how Scottish nurse Pauline Cafferkey, who was working at a treatment centre it runs in Sierra Leone, became infected with Ebola.
The investigation will concentrate on the protective equipment used by health workers.
The case has prompted questions over whether British health care workers will continue to volunteer to work in areas affected by Ebola.
The BBC's Tulip Mazumdar has been speaking to aid workers in Sierra Leone, where Pauline Cafferkey is thought to have contracted the disease.
