Social care proposals: 'Make your death a good one'

Families who are facing the loss of a loved one are being urged to discuss that person's preferences for end of life care.

Diana Stephenson's father was able to die at home, as he wished, thanks to assistance from Marie Curie and local social care.

A report by MPs has criticised the "unacceptable variation" in the care received by people in England and called for free social care at the end of life for everyone.
