Child mental health services 'broken', says care minister

The government has announced a "complete overhaul" of child mental health provision, after a taskforce found that too many young people were not getting the help they needed.

A five-year plan has been drawn up to improve services.

Care minister Norman Lamb, who launched the taskforce, said the blueprints provided a "once in a generation" opportunity to modernise provision.
