Dementia: A month in the life

More than 525,000 people with dementia in the UK are living at home, the Victoria Derbyshire programme has learned.

The figure, provided by the Alzheimer's Society, represents a significant proportion of the 850,000 people thought to be living with the condition.

For the BBC programme, three individuals with the disease - Wendy Mitchell, Keith Oliver and Christopher Devas - were asked to film parts of their lives over the course of a month.

The Victoria Derbyshire programme is broadcast weekdays from 9:15-11:00 BST on BBC Two and BBC News Channel.
