New test could improve earlier diagnosis of ovarian cancer

Researchers say a new screening technique could dramatically improve the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

A 14-year trial, involving nearly 50,000 women, suggests that the test is twice as effective as current ways of detecting the disease.
