Skull-scalp transplant patient speaks about surgery

Doctors in the US have performed what they say is the world's first partial skull and scalp transplant.

They were operating on a 55-year-old man from Texas who was missing the whole of the crown of his head after treatment for a rare type of cancer.

The patient, Jim Boysen, was also given a new kidney and pancreas during the procedure.
