Cancer waiting time target missed by NHS in England

Key targets for A & E waiting times, for cancer treatment, and for ambulance response times have been missed by the NHS in England.

The figures for June are being published together for the first time.

While some targets have been met - NHS chiefs say demand for hospital care is soaring.
