Army veteran 'failed' over prosthetic leg by NHS
Charities representing some of the 64,000 amputees across the UK say civilians are being discriminated against.
Their claim comes after NHS England refused to fund three specialist prosthetics, despite them being available for service veterans injured in conflict.
The BBC's Nikki Fox has been speaking to former soldier Craig Gadd, who lost his leg in Afghanistan after he stepped on a bomb back in 2010.
He has one of the prosthetics which is currently unavailable to civilians, but he says the service from the NHS is still failing him.
