Jamie Oliver: Cameron must be 'brave' over sugar tax

The television chef and campaigner, Jamie Oliver, has called for the government to introduce a tax on sugary drinks in England.

He was giving evidence to a cross-party committee of MPs, and said Prime Minister David Cameron had to "be brave" about tackling obesity in children.

He said governments over the past 30 years had done "an incredible disservice to children" but also said the food and drinks industries did not provide enough clarity for families to make informed decisions.
