Junior doctors' dispute: What does each side want?

A 24-hour strike by junior doctors has been called off following a breakthrough in talks between the British Medical Association and the government.

Both sides will now spend the next few weeks going through the detail of an outline agreement, with a permanent deal yet to be reached.

But what does each side want from the talks?

The Victoria Derbyshire programme is broadcast on weekdays between 09:15-11:00 BST on BBC Two and BBC News channel.
