'Opt-out' organ donation system to start in Wales

Wales is about to become the first UK nation to make every adult a potential organ donor. The system, known as presumed consent, will mean that people who do not want to donate their organs will have to formally opt out.

It comes into force on Tuesday and supporters say it will save lives with organs available to patients across the UK.
