Wales first in UK to use organ donation opt-out system

Wales has become the first nation in the UK to make every adult a potential organ donor.

Under the system of "presumed consent", anyone who doesn't want to donate will have to opt out.

This is already the case in more than 20 European countries, including Belgium, from where Hywel Griffith reports.
