Pampering used to promote health screening
Persuading healthy people to have screening tests to look for warning signs for any serious conditions can be a tricky business for doctors.
But a clinic in Kenya has come up with an innovative way of encouraging women to look after themselves - by offering free pedicures.
As Michael Kaloki reports, vouchers for the pampering sessions are given to patients who undergo screening tests and pedicures in a district of Nairobi.
