Pregnant mum with cancer 'must have baby' 12 weeks early
A 32-year-old mother-of-two has been told she will have to give birth to her third child 12 weeks early so that she can have more intensive treatment for breast cancer.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast, Heidi Loughlin, from Bristol, said it's a "horrifying situation" but there is "absolutely no way" she would have gone through with a termination.
Her initial round of chemotherapy failed but once the baby is born she can take stronger drugs to target the cancer.
Heidi told presenter Rachel Burden the procedure is like "putting all the chips on the right number".
