Inconsistencies revealed in NHS eating disorder waiting times

A BBC investigation has revealed that there are huge inconsistencies in the length of time people are having to wait to get treatment for eating disorders.

Waiting times for outpatient treatment have increased by more than 120% in the past four years in some parts of England, with patients are routinely waiting more than 100 days to be seen by a specialist.
