'Switching to e-cigarettes was a no brainer'

A leading medical body says smokers should be offered and encouraged to use e-cigarettes to help them quit.

The UK's Royal College of Physicians says there is evidence that e-cigarettes are safer than smoking.

Sarah Jakes quit smoking three years ago and now uses e-cigarettes.
