Claire Thomas had IVF in the Czech Republic after she was refused the treatment on the NHS in Dorset.

She tells Nick Robinson that she believes fertility treatments are cut first in the NHS because they are seen as a lifestyle choice, despite the heartbreak of desperately wanting a child.
