Widow's battle to have dead husband's child

Samantha Jefferies is taking her attempt to have her dead husband Clive's child to the High Court.

The couple had been having IVF treatment when he died and the expiry date for written consent for using the frozen embryos has passed.

Samantha told Today presenter Nick Robinson there has been an administrative mistake and that she and Clive would have wished for the expiry date to have been extended.
