Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market opens for business today with 120 stalls attracting millions of Christmas shoppers.
The market is based in Victoria Square and this year runs until Thursday 29 December for the first time.
It's a major logistical exercise to set everything up, as you can see with our timelapse footage.
