Jeremy Hunt sets out the measures to relieve 'distressed' A&Es

The Health Secretary has told the Commons how hospital trusts can relieve their 'distressed' emergency departments on a temporary basis.

Jeremy Hunt was also responding to claims from the Red Cross that the NHS was facing a 'humanitarian crisis'.
