Meet the patients at an Essex toy hospital

Hilary Brown has been running a hospital for toys in Essex for the past 20 years.

It's one of the few remaining places in the UK where you can get a precious toy or teddy bear from your childhood repaired. From balding teddies to missing dolls limbs, she receives requests for help from all over the world.

The waiting list for her services is currently nine months and along with her husband Dave, who she describes as a Mr Fixit, she now repairs around 700 toys a year from their home.

BBC News went to meet her.
