Where will tech take us in the next 50 years?

Do you expect to have a flying car sometime in the next 50 years? How about a computer that composes music on par with Mozart?

These are some of the questions asked by the Pew Research Center and Smithsonian magazine in a new survey about what sort of future innovations Americans foresee, external.

Most people think things will change things for the better, but they're still wary of some potential technologies.

The BBC's David Botti takes us through the survey's findings.
