Cannes concierge: The secrets of looking after the stars

Roger Bastoni is Head of Concierge at the five-star Hotel Majestic Barriere in Cannes.

He has been a concierge for more than 40 years and both of his sons have followed in his footsteps.

But what is it like when the famous Cannes film festival comes into town and the hotel fills up with Hollywood royalty?
