A Syrian Love Story: The strain of being a refugee

The award-winning documentary A Syrian Love Story, directed by Sean McAllister, follows one family over five years as a man and wife take part in protests against Bashar al-Assad and then seek refuge abroad with their children.

In this clip, the youngest member of the family, Bob, asks his parents if they love each other. Their response reveals the strain that has been placed on the couple's marriage as a result of their ordeal in Syria and abroad.
