'Cute' cuisine is a bitesize art
Audiences on YouTube have been working up an appetite for tiny food tutorials.
The trend stems from the Japanese phenomenon of 'kawaii' or 'cute', miniature things, with chefs racking up millions of views for their doll size mini meals. Leading food artist Miniature Space has attracted nearly a million subscribers, hungry for meticulously crafted pancakes, external, sushi and prawn tempura.
