Alligator hunter Christy Kroboth in action

Christy Kroboth swapped her career as a dental nurse to become an alligator hunter in Texas. As well as rescuing reptiles, she's fast gaining a reputation for transforming attitudes and challenging stereotypes in a male-dominated business.

In this clip, shot by a passer-by on a mobile phone, Kroboth and a local policeman attempt to capture a 13ft (4m) male alligator, weighing more than 900lbs (408kg).
