EastEnders star Ricky Norwood gets his 'legs back'

EastEnders star Ricky Norwood says taking part in the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special allowed him to get his "dancing head and legs back."

The actor revealed he studied dance at a performance arts school before he decided to take up acting.

This year's Strictly Christmas special will also feature The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes, Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox and comedian Rufus Hound.

Past winners of the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special are cricketer Darren Gough, actor John Barrowman and JLS singer JB Gill.
