MTV The Valleys' Lateysha: I want more cosmetic surgery

Laytesha Grace, one of the stars of MTV's The Valleys, has had multiple cosmetic procedures including lip fillers, a boob job and a nipple reduction.

She says before appearing on the reality television show, she had not planned to have cosmetic surgery.

She says she felt pressure to get the procedures after getting abuse on social media about her appearance.

The 21-year-old also says it takes a long time to recover from surgery and it's not a quick fix.
